Stop Working, And Help Someone :)

What is a job?   A job is something we do to help other people.  But many times we find that we are just working, yet at the same time feeling like we are not really helping others.  How is this so?

Today I had a very special and informative conversation with a woman who spoke about her passion.  She said, "I just don't see what I'm doing now as important!"  She continued, "I want to go back to my job where I was actually helping people!"   This was a very amazing, and yet crucial and important comment!   What did she mean by this?

Every person has (and has been born with) their passion; their dream job.  It's written on our hearts just like a finger print.  Did you know that if you are not doing what you have always been born to do (what you know you have been called to do), you will always feel like no matter what other profession you are in, that you are not ACTUALLY HELPING SOMEONE.  Wow!

I turned to mention to her in response, "One person will say, 'I really want to help someone! And to that person that means 'I want to be a police officer.'  Another person will say, 'I really want to help someone!'  And to that person, they may be saying, 'I want to help people really appreciate a beautiful piece of classical music'   And another person would say, etc..."

I want you to know this:  You can't get away from being amazing!!  You Are Amazing!!!   You have everything and all the "Youness"  God gave you to bless this world with God's great love, higher than uplifting genius!  What is most important is this:  Look inside you, and then just start helping people now!  While doing this, you will find that you will not need to find your dream job, because you already have.  You have found it, and it has found you!  Because you are your dream job (it will take books to explain what is meant here; I hope you caught it). See yourself doing what you love and have always longed for to bless others and Say to yourself: I feel that I am not only helping someone but I am apart of something VERY wonderful.

You will be!  And now you are!

Have an extremely blessed day!

The "IamPoettree" Mission Statement

From Isaiah 61

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,[a]
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
    instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
    instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
    a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendor.
They will rebuild the ancient ruins
    and restore the places long devastated;
they will renew the ruined cities
that have been devastated for generations.
Strangers will shepherd your flocks;
foreigners will work your fields and vineyards.
And you will be called priests of the Lord,
you will be named ministers of our God.
You will feed on the wealth of nations,
and in their riches you will boast.
Instead of your shame
you will receive a double portion,
and instead of disgrace
you will rejoice in your inheritance.
And so you will inherit a double portion in your land,
and everlasting joy will be yours.
“For I, the Lord, love justice;
    I hate robbery and wrongdoing.
In my faithfulness I will reward my people
and make an everlasting covenant with them.
Their descendants will be known among the nations
and their offspring among the peoples.
All who see them will acknowledge
that they are a people the Lord has blessed.”
10 I delight greatly in the Lord;
my soul rejoices in my God.
For he has clothed me with garments of salvation
and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness,
as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest,
and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
11 For as the soil makes the sprout come up
and a garden causes seeds to grow,
so the Sovereign Lord will make righteousness
and praise spring up before all nations.

Trying to Get better at Making Mistakes

Listen, don't try to cover up or take back your mistakes..yes saying i'm sorry, and all is important, but don't try to cover it up or play God by trying to make it look like you did it on purpose to make someone feel better.  Yes, I had been doing this for a long time.  I'd make a mistake (just like everybody else) but my biggest mistake wasn't the mistake, but it was the coverup;  it was trying to fix it myself, imposing myself as God pretending like I know the reason why I made the mistake;  it was very frustrating for me.  I realized that we all make mistakes and the best of the best simple live with it and move forward.  So I'm learning to be better at making mistakes and just going with the flow of it all.  The ride is supposed to be bumpy, but that's what makes the rides at the theme park so exciting!   So remember that when you make a mistake move on, apologize but don't stick around, just move forward.  I think the motion of forward motion is the best authentic apology anyone can give.  Let it slide;  let it slide off your shoulders gracefully and watch out cause you're life is about it get a blessed attack!  That's the only thing coming for you!  Have an incredibly blessed day!

The slingy;  some of the inventions discovered "purely by mistake"

Can't Get Away from Awesomeness!

This is a simple reminder that you can't get away from being all that God has for you to be!  Ask Jonah about it!  Remember, you life wasn't written before.  Did Joseph know his story would be like how it turned out?  Did Sampson?  Did David?  Did Abraham?  Did Job?  Did any of those in the Bible?  Jesus did.  The only one whom it was written about before all creation was Jesus.  That's what life's about.  So look, don't compare your life to anyone's.  You aren't Sam.  You aren't Sally.  You are YOU.   And God placed gifts, stories as specific as every individual hair on your head.  You are so incredibly unique it would blow you away!  So be strong and VERY confident in it.  Be humble as to the fact that God chose you!  If you can read this message know that God has chosen you.  And you can't get away from being AWESOME.  God made you and your gifts are amazing!  He sees you and says "You are amazing!"  "I love you so much!"   What and see what I'm going to do for you.  See all I have done and what I will do for you.   Our God causes us to stand in awe!  How Awesome is our God!

God's Favor for Us

We are now entering into a new era.  As I sit here and lounge in the area first known to me as "first class" before my flight to the USA, I think about who we are as God's children.  As I walk around I hesitated at first to walk in sections as if to think "wow, is this really for me?"  Then I realized two things:  1.  This all is for me:   The gourmet sandwiches, hot spice chicken leg with ginseng, raw salmon, shrimp, and gourmet green tea ice cream dessert.  Then I walk and see the other sections, and I realize 2.  I am free to move.  I am free to take a sandwich.  I am free to sit where I please.  I am free to read a news paper if I like.  I am free and give space to roam.   This is what God is telling us.  We are free.  We can move.  God has given us space; all the space needed.  What a good and awesome God we serve!   No more looking around thinking "is this ok?  is that ok?"  No more looking for approval to see if others agree or making sure I am safe to take chips from the counter.  This is what God is telling me these days.  Just like my name, Jermiah had to feel free to speak and say what in his heart God was telling him.  This First Class Lounge is a significant simbol of our call,  we are called to "First Class"  to move and speak what our Loving Heavenly Father has bestowed on our hearts.   Some other observations are: I notice people simply place their items where they please because there is not a thief who desires to take belongings in site.  The atmosphere is quiet and filled with a resonance of nobility.  People who know what they are worth.  Everything about the environment resembles this, and you would be a fool to anything lower than nobility.   You can feel the nobility and it lifts you higher, and you realize, This is God's Favor.  Praise God!  I am now entering into a new form of thinking.  This is where I belong.  Favor.  God's Favor.  God's telling us:  Accept it.  Accept all my favor! Accept every part of it.  It's yours from Me.     Amen, LORD.  I receive it.

How Much Something Are You Supposed to be Doing?

We all have dreams, and we all want to get them done!  So what is the difference between already done and have to do?   Where do the two meet?  We of faith know that much of all that is mostly important is already done!  Yet we know that we have dreams.  And we are often discontented wondering when they will come to light.  We all know that we have dreams for a reason.  Every single one of them, I believe,  we have them to come into fruition.  Fruition has a hint of "fruitfulness"  in it:  To Bear Fruit!  But there are two tuggings most likely on our heart of dreams:  1. Wait   and 2.  Get it done!  So where do these two meet?  Which is the right step to take?

Look at these very familiar quotes:  Get it done!  Just do it!  Get to it!  Get to work!  Now is the time! Turn your dreams into reality! Make it happen!  Carpe deim!  The time is now!  Right here, right now!  No time like the present!  Just do something! (etc..)

Now see these very familiar quotes (mostly spiritual):  Patience is a virtue. Take your time.  Just let it happen. Good things come to those who wait.  You shouldn't hurry a masterpiece. Wait upon the Lord. Take your time with it.  Seek first His Kingdom and his righteousness.   There's no rush.  Weight upon the Lord. Fix your eyes upon Jesus.  Do not place anything above the Lord.

The answer to this is not clear on purpose as to which way you should choose at which time when you're waiting on your dream.  Some would say it is a combination of the two that we should lean upon.  My advice is this:  Let prayer fuel your drive in all of this.  You have dreams?  Fuel them with prayers.  Pray for God to open up opportunities, for help to sharpen your skills i.e. talents, to strengthen your vision, for doors in which you can really use your talents to open, for the dream to come into light!  In the meantime Accept that now is the time, and instead of focusing on the VERY huge picture (Because God's plan for you is beyond extremely amazing for you!), just focus on what you can do right now.  AND HAVE FUN!  Smell the roses all along the way!  The truth is if you are smelling the roses then you are already where you want to be and you will be satisfied all along the way.  Don't trap yourself into thinking that because you are not somewhere else that you are not where you need to be.  Convince yourself that this is exactly where you need to be and that you are rich NOW!  You are completely full NOW!  You are completely content NOW!  Think of so many things God has done and is doing for you RIGHT NOW!  Praise Him for it!   Let your dreams come out of THAT heart!  Not out of discontentment.  People don't want to see a successful person who is discontented perform about "high hopes".   Also, we are creatures of habit.  So if we are practicing being content in our dreams, we will find more contentment in our lives.  But if we are practicing harboring an attitude of discontentment;  no matter what we have, because they habit is what is fueling us, we will continue is this and sadly, not be content with any physical thing in our lives.   Therefore we must practice a new attitude in Christ.  Most movie stars have this one down right!  That's what people want to see!  They want to see a person who is content with life!  So whatever their lives our like, they show on the talk shows what sells, an amazingly content person.  Wow!  People are amazed and want to follow the person's life wherever they go!  Why?  Because they're content.   It's all the snap shot we dream of!  So guess what?  That's being said, realize this:  You're dreams are true now!  Live in them now!  This is it!  This is the time!  Live there now in that, and Before you know it, you'll have all the things you dreamed of, but here's the thing:  With the new found attitude you had already accepted, by the time you have all those things you've ever wanted and had always dreamed of, by the time they all come into fruition, you'll realize what the real treasure really is;  you'll find yourself ready to give up up and all away all those things because you realized that all your dreams came true the moment your attitude changed and you accepted that now is your dream come true!  The only something you need to do is realize that NOW you are living the dream!  Smile and thank Him for a special day!  This is YOUR special day!  God made this day for you and you were made for God's glory! Make it a great one!  Shine and..

Have a nice day!

I am a Leader JUST AS I AM!

This is my repentance topic.
I used to believe that I needed to look like someone else.  That I needed to talk like someone else.  That I needed to smile like somebody else.  But now I repent!  And I realize that I was made, just as I am, to be a leader just as I am!  Just as I am, I am a leader and I am impacting this world for Christ, JUST AS I AM.  We are impacting the world, Just As We Are.  This is true love impacting the world; when we decide to let go of our trying!  When we release, let go, and let God let us be the comfortable leaders we have always meant to be. We are leaders just was we are.  We don't have to try and be something we are not.  Even in our mistakes and our flaws.  Here is a challenge for you.  Find humor in your flaws; are you forgetful?  Absentminded?  Have a healthy laugh over it.  If you need help, look at comedians or even honorable movie stars who learned to find humor in their imperfections;  people like Will Smith who always joked about his ears.  Or Jackie Chan who made many light jokes about his speaking or his accent. Find humor in our differences, believe it or not, they might be the very grace that people admire you for.  Turn off the criticism and turn your imperfections into reasons of admiration.  Get out of the side of people trying to measure up, and get on the side of people who made measureless their value; who have learned to accept themselves in the healthiest of way.  People who know who they are and say "that's ok. God's going to use all that to change millions or even hundreds of millions of people's lives through it."   Perhaps we could say that Jesus trusted too much because he trusted and loved Judas.  Many of us are afraid to "love too much" or "be worry-free too much"  or  "bless others too much", we are afraid people might see us as flawed or naive;  but Trust in the Lord, though it may be foolishness to this world, God will show the foolish things of this world to be works of majesty in our eyes; the things we often saw as flawed, it is often that very thing that will catapult  you to a level everyone will remember you by because through it everyone will be more blessed.  Let Go today and let God let you be all of the leader God has for you to be.  And remember to smile and remember to bust in song when you think of all God done for you, just the way you are! :)

Repentance for This Generation means: EXPRESSING JOY!

Repentance for most of us is a bad thing, but what has happened of recent days is that lies of inferiority and deception as children of God has come into our lives. We think we are supposed to be gloomy.  We think that since our lives are so good we should not recognize that God is good all the time in our lives.  That we should just show people how sad and serious we are, and then people will come to know about Jesus.  It is going in the wrong direction, and so repentance is a total 180 degrees from that kind of life.
Some people ought to change their mourning into dancing, change their frowns into smiles, trade their tears of sadness into tears of uncontrollable joy!   Repentance for many of us will mean to smile and to accept others in our lives.  Repentance might mean to express joy and love in our lives from our hearts all the time.
Life in Christ is not a sad condemning life style, but it is a joyful, happy and giving life style , even at times where it seems we should be the other way.  It’s not fake; we praise and God gives us unexplicable joy, and that joy turns into power, and that power motivates us to love.

Psalm 23
Ephesians 3:23
2 Chronicles 2:17

Remember: If you are NOT  where you want to be in your life, repent, and God PROMISES he will take you not only to where you want to be, but he promises over and beyond your wildest dreams, far beyond you ever dreamed you would be.   AND GUESS WHAT?? YOU ARE ALREADY THERE!

Remember, God has caused the entire world to work for you (Part 2)

Recently, and sometimes, I run into people who I don't understand.  Sometimes, these are people who are difficult to work with (seemingly), but the message here is you must remember, God has put them in your behave (whether they know it or not) to work SOLELY ON YOUR BEHALF.

Remember, since you decided to trust in Christ for your life,  God has made all things to work all together in perfect harmony you the benefit of your life to the glory of His Son Jesus' name.  Amen.
There's power in being free to know that God is working this and God is doing this thing for you;   Now the power can flow, where does it flow from, Grace, Rest, and Trust.   Trust that even in the times you are misunderstood or you are not getting through to someone.  Remember, God is made all things hired to work for you.   Read and memorize Romans 8:28, which reads, "And we know that it is God who causes all things to work together for the good of those who love God and are called in accordance to His purpose."

Sink your feet in the ground of that word, because people will serve the great and good purpose for you in your life and power will be released to everyone who loves the LORD and you will be released to do the powerful, great, and amazing work that God has for you.

Don't think for a moment that what God has for you is not great!  That's another message, but just remember, write down your bold prayers on paper, prayers so great you would be embarrassed to share casually to others and apply them as you meditate on Romans 8:28.  Trust the wisdom that God has already given to you.  Remember, God gave you those desires that are similar to His, right in your heart! : )
