Have You Ever Praised Yourself out of Energy? : )

Think of a star and a planet.

When we praise, we become like a star, all things in our scope of influence become impacted by us in a great way!  But when we let our praise lay dormant, we become like Mercury, unimpressive, small, and at the wimp of everything around it, only full of craters that shows it's frailty.  But when we shine like the stars in the universe, we can be seen from light-years away; WE HAVE LIGHT-YEAR SCOPE INFLUENCE!  Not only can we be seen from light years away, but have an influence that brings life to others;

Think about this:  I would suggest trying to worship loudly until you can't any more! : )   Think of it this way:  When a start burns all its energy up, it "dies" and becomes a supernova and then black hole.  Black Holes are VERY interesting to me because it brings everything into itself.  When we praise so much that it's almost scary, that's when we no longer have to run towards our dreams, our dreams come running toward us!!

Your praise has supernatural and spiritually uplifting and more real than physical reality / cosmic powers!  There was a time when I praised God loudly in my car, and the light in my car, which was not working for almost a year, just suddenly started working again for no reason; I didn't touch it; I didn't bump into it;  it just started to work again!  Some may call it a fluke, I call it the precious hand of God confirming to me that His praises from His people delivers REAL life-changing beyond-this-world POWERS!

Praise God today!  Praise Him in the highest today! Thank God!  Shout it OUT LOUD!  Start to see all the heaven shift!  Start to see the sun stand still in your own life!  Start to see God do the impossible for you, YES even you this Christmas!

God bless you today!

:)

If you'd like to accept Jesus into your life today, pray this simple prayer of God's love and grace today: Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying for all my sin; now Lord I invite you into my heart. Though It Costs You Everything: Part Three: Believe

Part Three: Though it costs  you all you have: Get Understanding:
Believe

Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here, and see my hands; and put out your hand, and place it in my side. Do not disbelieve, but believe.” John 20:27

What we believe in is a significant symbol of what we place our value on.  Do you believe in yourself?  God does.  I grew up thinking it was bad or wrong to believe in yourself.   Truth is, we shouldn't depend on our own strength or even our own understanding as a way of life in this world, but we must believe in ourselves.  How so? We must believe that we can do everything God commands us to do, for example: "Rejoice in the Lord, ALWAYS, again I say, REJOICE!"   I've heard even in church, "Well, the Bible says rejoice but..."  It comes down to this: Are you going to believe in what God tells us without question?  Are you willing trust Him and drop all reserves?

He believes that your faith can make you well.  Believe in what God believes.  He says this Christmas, "With God All things are possible!"    If you don't believe in something, that means you place very little value on it.  That is why it is very important to believe in the you God made you to be and also believe in others around you because God does.  But what we believe are the things very important to us.  So just as we ought to think about what indeed we are thinking about, we also pay just as close attention to the very things we are believing in our lives.  Stop and think about this:  The more you believe in something the more you can rest in that very thing.   Think about chairs.  We all believe in chairs and couches, especially after some great Thanksgiving turkey.   We rest so soundly there.   God wants to be our couch and chair.

Remember, what we believe in are the very things we are instilling and resting great amounts of power and energy to in our lives every moment.  Worry is us trying to place things out of our scope of control and power in our own hands; the mind was not even made for worry; the mind was made to imagine, create, and exercise faith*.  In my life, I've come to find there are two kinds of people:  People who believe that all things are possible and those who don't.  People that think there is no limit and people who think there are.  It is clear cut black and white PERIOD, and you can tell who these people are INSTANTLY.  Believing that all things truly are possible is absolute, you can tell when people don't the moment they let themselves say these words:  if, and, but, or well, in context of course, these words will ALWAYS affect and reflect the way you think and react to everything!  The only question is:  are you willing to side with the ALL POSSIBLE.

This Christmas, think about Mary and Elizabeth who decided to side with the ALL POSSIBLE and witness the results.      Grace comes from the belief that ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!    A baby in a manger comes into our hearts by no other means.  This baby, so precious and divine is also the result of this amazing grace!   God with us!  Emmanuel, God is with you today! :)

God bless you too this Christmas.  For Christmas I pray you receive the greatest gift of all:  Faith to believe with God all things are possible.   Yes, even that is possible!  He did it for so many, he can do it for you.

God bless you this Christmas :)

*The mind also works best when it is having fun and/or at a resting state of mind.

Though It Costs You Everything: Part Two: Seek God Labels

Though it Cost You Everything

Part Two: Though it cost you everything: Get Understanding: Seek God Labels

"Give thought to the ravens; they do not put seeds into the earth, or get together grain; they have no store-houses or buildings; and God gives them their food: of how much greater value are you than the birds! [You are worth so much more than birds!]" Luke 12:24

What are the things in life you have labeled "V" for valuable?  We all have things in life that we label as something of value or importance, by our own definition or understanding.  Today, I want to challenge you to ask yourself:  What are the things in my life I have been labeling as important?  And Do they measure up what God calls value according to the Bible?

What does God label most as valuable?   People.  Us.  Our faith and our trust in Him as well is important in God's economy?  So now is a good time to ask: Are there things I should be placing value to that I am not during this holiday season?

We all have time, and no matter who you are or where you come from, for us time increases in value and so should the things that we label be.   This is value in God's economy: "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whosoever believeth on Him will have everlasting life."  John 3:16   I used to have a problem valuing time spent with people as much as time spent doing other things for myself.  I thought that I needed to be busy getting work done to be able to call my time spent valuable.   I am learning that it is not from these things that I gain anything, but it is from valuable time spent with the people in my life that I gain eternal revenues from my Father in heaven; I grow and I gain a great deal of wisdom through this as well.   People consider time as money, but God considers people more valuable than time and money:  They are worth giving everything to serve (Read Matthew 19:16-28).

The Bible says,  With all your getting get understanding.  Though it costs all you have, get wisdom.  The Bible encourages us to never settle for less than highest of quality no matter where we are in life.
Ask God what things He labels as valuable and then transfer your trust in what you labeled as valuable to the things in your life God labels of eternal value.  God gives us these riches every moment (in abundance) all day.  After prayer, you might want to draw the things you used to label "V", put an X over them, and draw or write the things God has labeled Valuable in your life as a pleasant reminder of His blessings to you today. :  )

Remember to place a V on yourself first and then on the people in your life because that is where value starts according to John 3:16.  : )

Have a great and blessed day! :)

Be Okay with Your Mistakes.

The first step to being yourself no matter where you are is this:  You must first be Okay with your mistakes.  You must understand that it is God who judges your mistakes, not you.  Understand this:  You judge unfairly because of your super-narrow perspective without God's help.  God judges fairly, justly, and with so much mercy it fools the wise in astonishment.  You are left with no choice if you want the greatest results, but to trust God. :)   God will use even your mistakes if you trust Him.  So be at peace even in your mistakes.  Be yourself and love being yourself.  Find out what it is you like about yourself and then embrace even the things you disliked, because they are actually what makes you interesting, and God made you perfectly without any additives needed :)  Don't add on, don't try to be more nice, more kind, more friendly, more flattering to others.  Just be kind, be friendly, be yourself. :)

Choose to Take Grace With You :)

When you make a mistake, smile and take grace. :)  Today you can choose to take grace with you and smile.  When you make a turn while driving, when you say hello.  Mostly, people don't care about what you do when you succeed.  Real character of a person is displayed when you see what they do after they've made a mistake.

I was at a job interview for a prestigious school, and one of the teachers asked me an interesting question.  She asked me, "What will you do when you make a mistake?"  That woman, two years from retiring, became my greatest friend during my two years teaching at that school and she was the greatest example of a woman who was honest and kept her integrity in her successes and especially in her mistakes.  I am fortunate to have met such great people in my youth.  She decided to take grace.

In every moment we have a decision, to take the heavy load or to take grace.  Take grace with you wherever you go, and smile when you make a mistake.  Show the world who's side you're on; enough people are on the side of heaviness; be on the side of grace today :)

If you'd like to accept Jesus into your life today, pray this simple prayer of God's love and grace today: Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying for all my sin; now Lord I invite you into my heart. You Only Have One Job:

And That is

To Love One Another

"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35

This pretty much sums it up.

Though It Costs You Everything: Part One: Highest Quality

THOUGH IT COSTS YOU EVERYTHING

PART ONE:  HIGHEST QUALITY

The words chosen to use in this serious is of careful prayer and respect to authors grammar.  Some words chosen disregard grammatical rules in order to carry greater meaning to convey a spiritual meaning.  We trust that the words in this series will communicate to the hearts of their audiences.

Proverbs 4:7 says, "The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding."

John 10:10, Jesus says, "I have come that they may have life and have whatever is abundant.”

As I was running today I received an impression in my heart which said something like "Though it cost you everything, pursue quality.   Don't settle no matter where you are in life.  You have more than you need." This mostly came to me because I had bought running shoes from a local grocery store, because I had returned to Toledo, Ohio, from Spain and lost my running shoes somewhere in Paris, France.   So upon arriving home from Europe, I thought, "Well, any pair of running shoes will do, right??"  I was wrong.  I finished running a marathon in November 3rd, about a week ago, and boy did I feel the pain of those shoes!  Please learn from my mistakes people!

It made me curious as to why I bought those shoes in the first place?   After some honest dialogue with myself inside, I realized I had bought those shoes because of a "misbelief" about my life at this time.  I bought those shoes thinking, "Well, I can't afford any better shoes.  $100 is too much to pay for a pair of sneakers."  Yet a month later I had paid more to get my teeth whitened.  It's all about perspective people!   The Lord really spoke to me about this saying something like: "You can't afford not to get those shoes!"  Well, it's the same thing about our spiritual life.  We don't stop to pray or consider God because we think we can't afford to stop and smell the daily bread God has prepared for us each day.   God is saying: "You can't afford NOT to!"   This evenly spreads out to each corner of our lives.   In order to live a quality life, the life Jesus describes as the abundant and full life, we need to make room for quality no matter where we are in our lives.

Though it costs me everything!   You see, I was thinking that I was to impoverished to buy quality.  I thought that now wasn't a time to bring quality into my life.  I really sense God saying to us:  You can't afford to bring anything less!  If you can't afford it (I'm sure Dave Ramsey would agree with me on this one) then don't buy it! But don't compromise either. Compromising for something that "will do" only makes you and what you stand for look silly.  And it is better to remain silent, than to speak hurriedly and make a fool out of yourself.

Yesterday, I met a small boy who wanted to wreck my lawn for $5.00.  I wanted to encourage the boy who is starting his wracking business early so I ran in the house to find five dollar bills.  I could only find three.  I ran back outside and told the young lad, "Here's three dollars.  Wreck whatever you can."  Well, this was a mistake because the lawn looked even stranger than it did before with a quarter of the lawn wrecked with leaves by the time the boy finished.  It looked so silly.

This is the way God see us, his children, when we compromise in bringing anything apart of the highest quality into our lives!  It's silly and in my opinion, better not to have a pair of running shoes at all until you can figure out how to appropriately afford the quality for the job!

Make a decision today that you will pray for God's wisdom to help us:  Think quality.  Meditate on such things.  The apostle Paul wrote:

"Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things." 1

I know it's a challenge, but God wouldn't tell us to do ANYTHING that we can not do with His help!  So lets pray together:

God, I have compromised time and time again in my life.  But today, please help me to seek your wisdom and only allow things of noble character into my life.  Bless me as you desire to bless me, ABUNDANTLY."

Have a blessed day and be prepared to meditate on God's word with me as we look into our next series:

Though it Costs You Everything:  Pursuing Value in our lives.  How well do we value "value" in our lives?

If you'd like to accept Jesus into your life today, pray this simple prayer of God's love and grace today: Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying for all my sin; now Lord I invite you into my heart. Come and be my everything today and forever. Forgive my sin as I make You and you alone Lord in my life. Amen. Now read the book of God's love in the Bible: The book of John chapters 1-21. God promises He will guide your life. Pray and ask God to bring the right people into your life. God will guide you to the right church full of people who love His words in the Bible. Direction version:

Thinking any shoe will do?  Knowledge and understanding go hand in hand with high quality.  No matter how much money you have or where you are or where you are from, you deserve the highest of quality.  Really you don't deserve it, but this is the mystery of Christ who says, you are worth it.  Christ died for you!  God's ONLY Son:  God sent His only son to suffer, hurt, and die for everything you have done and everything you will ever do.  The highest of quality was sacrificed on your behalf.  This is an incredible mystery that will be forever contemplated on.  It is without description BEAUTIFUL.  Now, you go and pursue quality in your life.  I thought of this after I ran a marathon in some shoes that I bought from Meijer, which is like a Walmart of sorts, for $23.00.   Look, after that marathon, I realize many things, one of which is:  you can not afford to live under the potential and quality you have been credited to by God Most High.  Running, and doing something very great in very low quality shoes is not worth it.  In order to do something great, you will need to associate yourself amongst the greats.   Thank God for the Bible, with whom we can by grace associate with the greatest of greats in God's book!  Listen closely, are you running a race?  Buy the shoes! Just buy the shoes!  Even if you have to save $200.00.  Not everybody runs marathons so BUY THE SHOES!  Now, are you desiring to be in ministry, get the training! Save the money!  Go to school!  You are more than that!  Ask God to open up your heart to opportunities to improve the quality of  your life.  IT'S ALL IN FRONT OF YOU RIGHT NOW. THERE IS NOT ONE THING LACKING AROUND YOU RIGHT NOW.  That is not said to make you feel better.  It's so true it should be making you sick right now!  It is incredibly true.   If you don't see it as true, then you might be labeling value to the wrong things in your life.

Though It Costs You Everything: Intro

Introduction:

Proverbs 4:7 says, "The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding [and wisdom]."

I have considered the cost of the following most valuable virtues in God's site for His people and they are all in God's wisdom.  The concept of "Though it costs you everything" is quite perplexing; it is the ultimate "Verses." for me:

Everything Vs. Highest Quality.
Everything Vs. Value
Everything Vs. Faith
Everything Vs. Belief  and
Everything Vs. The Spirit.

Are you willing to sacrifice EVERYTHING for high quality in  your life and in the lives of your family and your legacy through your children?  Are you willing to sacrifice for value? For stronger faith?  For greater calling in belief?  For greater connection in Spirit?  These are very challenging questions, and pray you be very blessed as I invite you.

Do all these things, beloved, in love! (1 Corinthians 16:14)

Enjoy as we take a look at "Though it cost you everything!"

Are You A Martha or a Mary?

Luke 10:

"Mary sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said. 40 But Martha was busy with all the things that had to be done. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, my sister has left me to do the work by myself. Don’t you care? Tell her to help me!”

41 “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered. “You are worried and upset about many things. 42 But only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen what is better. And it will not be taken away from her.”

Things need to be done at times;  here Jesus reminds us that they don't always need to be done at the times we think they should.  Mary sat at Jesus' feet and it wasn't considered a waist of time...In fact, it was considered as better! It was considered better than what Martha was doing to sit at Jesus' feet.  You may think you are doing things that the world considers a waist of time.  Don't think so.

If you'd like to accept Jesus into your life today, pray this simple prayer of God's love and grace today: Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying for all my sin; now Lord I invite you into my heart. Your Talent, Your Child

Talents are considered a blessings.  Children are considered a blessing greater than our talents because I believe they are delivered by grace.   Your talents and dreams are connected to God's legacy for you..Do not be ashamed of it.   Treat them with care, like you would a little child.  Now....How are you treating your baby?  What are you saying about your child?  Do you defend her or do you just shrink away when you present her around people?  Are you genuinely proud of her?  Do you feel she is meant to make a difference in this world? I know you know the answer to these questions but let me help you:  you're answering these saying Yes My child is the most amazing baby in the world...the world will never be the same because God Almighty brought her into this world for that very purpose!

Have a blessed day!

Faith of the Farmer.

A farmer doesn't plant a seed and then go back and wonder anything about what he/she is going to yield in the future.

Wait and then the harvest

A farmer went to sow seed.  After he planted the seed, he thought to himself, "Maybe I planted that seed wrong, I will go back and plant it again!"  So the farmer got up early the next day and dug the seed up and planted it again correctly.  The next evening the farmer woke up and said, "Maybe I planted the seed wrong"  So the farmer got up and planted the seed again!  The farmer did this for about 5 months.  When harvest came, the farmer had all seeds, but no harvest.

This is often how we are.  We are great at planting seeds, but terrible at waiting for the harvest.  We think there is something that we need to do because we are being still and being still for people used to moving is difficult.  But to have a harvest of anything you have to let the seeds rest.  Jesus said to the man, "Let the dead bury the dead, you must follow me."  Routines of life and traditions of life are important, but we mustn't let these take the place of our constant priority no. 1 role as waiting people, people serve God and who are available to Him at all times (this means available to be an agent of God's love to others).   .

I know that I do not choose to be still when it is time to be still because I can be so afraid of making a mistake and not being able to reverse things because I see time as linear and as a place I can't go back to.  But that is the story and the entire purpose of grace!  Grace knows how to reach you no matter where you've been or where've you've gone.  Grace doesn't need a reason.  Love doesn't need an excuse to show you love.   That's what love is all about.  It's unconditional and given always from God.

So that is another reason why we are to look to a God who is eternal!  God sees the beginning; He sees the end; and He's right there in the middle of it all!  I'm learning to do my best, stay in the place of rest and peace, letting the chips fall and letting them rest where they lay, in the lap of God Himself.  God is in control!  David, when he made his mistakes, learned to rest under the shadow of His wings; He knew that it is God that is carrying him to victory and he learned to take rest in Him.

How victorious is our God!

So sow your good seeds and when the time is right you will get a harvest!

God said, "Come back to the place of safety, all you prisoners of hope! I promise this very day that I will repay two blessings for each of your troubles." Zechariah 9:12

Remember, it's my job to follow Him.  It's God's job to be depended on.  It's God's job to restore and give you the abundance of life..I'm talking in every corner of your life.  (Psalm 5:12)

Let the chips fall; it's not a gamble. It's faith.  Have faith of the farmer.

God is in control and victory is ours in Jesus!

FWD: 101 Important Questions To Ask Yourself

101 Important Questions To Ask Yourself

Questions
“The key to wisdom is knowing all the right questions.” – John Simone
What questions do you ask yourself every day?
Believe it or not, the kind of questions you ask determine the kind of life you lead. That’s because your questions trigger its own set of answers, which lead to certain emotions, which then lead to certain actions (or inactions), followed by results. If you ask yourself limiting questions, you’ll get limited results. If you ask yourself mind-opening, forwarding questions, you’ll gain a lot more out of them.
Some people like to ask questions like “Why am I so unlucky?”, “What if I had done this earlier?” and “Why am I always in such a situation?”. Because these questions are backward looking, the answers you get with them are naturally disempowering. On the other hand, questions like “What can I learn from this experience?”, “What can I do differently move forward?” and “What am I grateful for?” are empowering. They provoke you and get you thinking, putting you on the path to a better life.
If you’re someone who normally doesn’t self-reflect, you might be stumped by questions. However, this is perfectly normal. I remember when I was a small primary school student, the teacher asked us how we would describe ourselves. The question got me stumped, because I had never thought much about it. It took me some time to find some meaningful adjectives to describe myself, but even then they didn’t seem right. That was one of the starting points of my self-exploration journey. Somewhere along the way, I became a big fan of introspection, enjoying the process of self-reflecting and thinking over questions.
Today, I believe questions are a key to self-awareness and personal growth. In my 1-1 coaching sessions, I enable my clients to discover the answers to their goals/questions by asking them the right questions. It’d be easy if I just tell my coachees what they “should” do and what they “should not” do. But that’s not the point. It’s about empowering my clients to discover themselves through asking the right guiding questions, catered to their situation and their profiles. The right questions will help them untangle the blockages in them and connect with their inner self.
It doesn’t matter if you get stumped in the beginning, or if you don’t know the answers to the questions at first. Our minds are boundless. Just because you don’t get an answer immediately, it doesn’t mean there are no answers. The answers are there – it’s just that your mind is too foggy since you’ve not consulted it before. The more you ask, the clearer your mind will be, and the more ready you’ll be to receive the answers.
I’ve come up with a set of important questions for your self-reflection. Some are questions which I ask my 1-1 clients, to uncover the real them. These questions will help you focus on what’s important to you, and what you want. They are not meant to be answered all at one shot – they are to be thought over again and again, as part of your growth journey. Pick out a few questions to reflect on today, then bookmark and check back a week later to think over the others. Check back regularly to reflect on the questions.
Remember, there is no one final answer. It’s a continuous discovery process. Your answers to the questions today will be different from your answers one month, three months, six months, and one year down the road. Add these important questions to your weekly review sessions. This is a highly important article for your growth journey.
Here they are:

EXPECTING GREAT THINGS TODAY! NO CONDITIONS :)

Look!  The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

Think about these words.  I want you to have great and greater expectations than you've ever dreamed as soon as you wake up this morning!  Dare to see it and expect it!  Know this:  expect great things today from God!  Add No conditions!  Not if you fly right, nor if you help 15 ladies across the street..No!  Great things! No conditions except that you would believe it today!   Nothing more, nothing less!  The Bible says, it's our faith in Him and Him alone that pleases God! Won't you have great faith in Him alone TODAY!
Here's the trick: stop thinking about yourself: how you do or do not deserve this or that!  Just look up to Christ and thank God for Jesus' grace that just knocked you down on the ground in prayer thanking God for His tremendous mercies upon your life!   How Great is Our God!!   :)   You're going to sing a new song again today!  :D   I can't wait to hear about How God is tremendously blessing and filling your life today with untranslatable Joy TODAY!!

Don't leave your house today without thanking Him for all that He has done and all He's doing, and all He will do in your life TODAY!

Have a tremendously and incredibly awesome and overflowing joyful and filled day today!  Halleluyah!

Be Still and Know. :)

Poem by Jeremy Holloway

The One who goes before you, He is the God of peace.   The God who fights your battles, His mercies never cease.  For the God who wins your battles, He has won the war. He's the One who gives you good things and fills you to overflow.

Be still and know that He is God.
Be still and know He is!

God is your Redeemer who is bringing you victory.  And the enemy, he is defeated.  In 7 ways he has to flee
For the God who fights your battles, He has won the war.   He owns cattle, mountains, and hills; Keep your eyes beyond the shores.

Be still and know that He is God!

God is your Redeemer
Jehovah Jireh is His name
Through every hurt or trial

Ever faithful He shall remain.

For the God who wins all your battles has also won the war.  He's the God who fills you with greater joy than your cup can ever hold.

So be still and know that He is God.

For I've heard of a young man who won the battle in one day with the very beat of his very heart.

Be still and know that He is God.
He is God!  He is God! And all you have to do now is be still and rest!

So Be still and know that He is God.

Comfortable Vs. Rest

There is a huge difference between the two: Comfort and Rest.   Rest is a decision.  We have to decide to rest, even through we are at times uncomfortable.  God often brings us through discomfort.  The Bible says, "No discipline seems pleasant at the time..." But in fact, it is uncomfortable.  And the Bible says, "At the end [in the result of this discipline and discomfort] it produces a harvest of righteous of peace [and rest]."  Ironically, it is not comfort that brings rest;  It is our trust in God that brings us rest.  God who guides us gives us peace to know that God brings us our daily rest. God's grace brings rest. :) Obedience brings rest.  God's guidance brings us success.

Rather than seeking comfort, seek out God's peace.  You may get more busy; that means get more Word in you, God's Words of life.  Unashamedly say:

Psalm 37:4,5
"I delight myself in the Lord" "I commit my way to Him"

Proverbs 3:5
"I trust in the Lord with all my heart"

Philippians 4:13
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Galatians 2:20
"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me."

Jesus said,

"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

Mt11:28

The Power of Being Happy, Thankful and Being Yourself :)

And don't forget laughing in joy as well : )

This post is inspired by the video of a little two year old who was thankful for her parents.  The video went viral just for being herself.  There's a lot we can learn from a two year old.   I mean, the power of being happy, being thankful, and just simply being yourself shamelessly expressing joy for your life is a billion nuggets of gold by the second.

I See One Billion Smiles. :)

I see 1,000,000,000 smiles
All smiling at me,
They're smiling
because of the man I came to be,
And when I asked God,
God smiled back at me,
He said,

"Don't be surprised at what you see,
they are payback, ten fold,
for every frown you've seen
from the enemy.

The table is set, I've picked from the finest tree.
Now you'll know double for your trouble;
it is more than an epiphany.

So don't ever be surprised
when a billion more smiles you'll see,
They're all demanded in full
payback 10 fold,
 -Signed and sealed
by the Trinity

When you see any frown, just remember this poem, and smile :) .
You, in faith, will see millions of more smiles in your future.

The Spirit of Powerful Eating!

When you eat your food, always remember to pray for your food with thanksgiving.  Why?  There is a reason why God asks us to do what we do and it's for our good.   If you are struggling with your weight, pray for your food and pray that your food will work for you and not against you; pray that the food you eat will bring you satisfaction, with confident faith (which is most important when you pray), and be willing not to eat it if you know that the food you eat will work the opposite way.   Pray for God to educate you on foods that just aren't working for you and never will.   Hold up the food and ask God, "Is this really going to help me out today?"   Pray for the strength to avoid them.   There was a time I loved pizza very much;  I love PB and J sandwiches.  I loved Reeses PB cups so much!   But I had to realize that it's just not worth it!  Those foods didn't ever do anything for my body but give me more work to keep it in shape.   So remember that God cares about everything you eat; make sure you pray for your food; and He especially cares about HOW you eat; in other words,  why are you eating the foods that you eat when you are eating them?   That can be put this way:  in what spirit are you consuming food?   This is really really important because it is the spirit of things that binds a condition:  look up what "conditioning" is about.  When you eat something, think about this:  Are you eating just because it's there, because you're bored, not motivated, as a replacement of, out of deficit mood as opposed to an abundant mood?  So when you pray with satisfaction and thanks giving, thank God and pray God bless the hands that made it and, think about it, that food will help you carry on that type of spirit and attitude!  Your food will work for you spiritually as well!  God's word says that everything God will use for our advantage as we love and trust Him; Here's what I am encouraging you to do:  make prayer and eating go together as a daily part of your life.  I believe not only will God bless your body, but as you eat you are setting yourself up to build ministry of healthy eating on that spirit of thanksgiving and satisfaction.  You will be a blessing for many others as well!  God bless you and bless others through your healthy eating and life.

God bless your day today!

A Building Vs. A Dream

There is something you need to be learning right now.  There is something you need to be learning right now. You can keep dreaming about the finishing of your building or you can start building.

Are you going to start climbing or are you going to keep trying to fly?  Understand this:  it's really deep and profound, listen:  YOU CAN'T FLY!!   So you need to learn how to build; you need to learn how to climb! In other words, start from the bottom!  Start from where you are NOW!  Start with what you have NOW.   Pray to God and ask him:  God will answer you.   God will use what you have now!  God will be your teacher. He will give you wisdom to manage what you have now.  It's not a difficult thing for you.   He will lead you with the word of God: His Word.

Pay close attention to the Lord, and pray.  There is something that God is preparing for you RIGHT NOW! Pray: Lord, what is it that you want me to learn today?  What am I to pay attention to right now?  How can I keep my feet out of the sky so I can find out what level floor I am on right now?   Help me Lord to stay down to earth and keep me from drifting out of the clouds.

So what is God teaching me, Jeremy, right now?  That's a personal question:  But these days I hear (not audibly but something sincere) God telling me this:  Be still. I am God.   Stop worrying, stop trying! Stop analyzing, stop looking around, stop looking for something else or something more to do, something to distract you from your own responsibilities, something I didn't command you to focus on.  Stop taking in more than you were meant to handle; be still and know I am God.  Obey me and be faithful today with your daily bread and be happy and content with it.

Today God, I will rejoice and know that You alone Reign!  Lord, You are the same always!  You Reign!

"Being confident of this, that he would began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."   Philippians 1:3
