Grace is a Peculiar Flame

When God sets something or someone on fire, it may not be the type of fire you were expecting or anticipating.  His grace is a peculiar flame.  The fame might not look familiar, but more peculiar.  Ask Moses.  When he noticed that the bush he saw was on fire, it says, " Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up."  The flames were peculiar indeed.  Look at your life.  You're going to see that the flames will draw all men unto Jesus, but it may not look the way you anticipated.  It may not be the type of fire that you are familiar with.  It will be godly.  But not familiar.  It will be supernatural.  But not necessarily normal.  It will be from and of Him.  Trust in God.  He is doing something in your life that will amaze and bring others to Him, but it won't be 100% something from familiar territory.  Expect God to have His own way.  Trust in God.  Trust in His grace.  He knows what He is doing.  You are not a familiar flame.   You will burn a peculiar flame. A richly peculiar flame.  Peculiar indeed.  Powerful.  From His Word.  All from and about God.  Shining His grace. Amen.

If you'd like to accept Jesus into your life today, pray this simple prayer of God's love and grace today: Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying for all my sin; now Lord I invite you into my heart. Come and be my everything today and forever. Forgive my sin as I make You and you alone Lord in my life. Amen. Now read the book of God's love in the Bible: The book of John chapters 1-21. God promises He will guide your life. Pray and ask God to bring the right people into your life. God will guide you to the right church full of people who love His words in the Bible. Our God is so faithful. God bless you today.
