It Hit Me at Once During Worship Today at Calvary! My Daughter is coming!

It hit me today as I was worshiping today with Calvary that my daughter is coming.  It hit me so strong I don't really know how to express this.  As we worshiped there I was and I was seeing the young people worshiping the God of all things, King of kings, and Lord of all lords.  It hit me.  So many things hit me at once. One thing was something like "I am willing to do anything, God, to see my daughter worship God like that."  It felt like the first time that I felt willing to be completely poor to give everything to my daughter.  As long as my daughter has all that she needs, I will be so poor and give it all up for her.  My life really doesn't matter anymore as much as hers.  It just hit me all at once during worship today at Calvary.  I began to cry and thank God and just share with him that I am willing to give it all up for her.   That phrase doesn't quite give it justice at all.  My life is no more, how about that.   She matters.  She is God's. That's it.

As we worshiped I looked back at my life like a flash and I saw how wretched I am before God and I wondered if i could have the grace to be a good and faithful servant before God.  Well, I was thankful for the message from Pastor Chad today because it was about the Grace of the Lord Jesus.  We are given an amazing calling and opportunity to share the grace of Jesus Christ with everybody and I realize that grace is what this entire earth is looking for.  Grace is all I need and more for my family.

I want to be lost in Christ, in His love and never going out.   We have such a great message of grace in Christ!  Grace is our great need.  It is our great hope and our great quest.  Oh God, I believe in your grace!  Because of what Jesus did for us, Jesus has given us grace.  We have a great calling!  This calling comes with priority, and works of service together, saturated with purpose to build up the body of Christ.  Our calling comes with a plan.  This is the plan.  We equip believers and do works of service and result in building up the body of Jesus Christ.  We have an amazing and great opportunity and I want to be apart of it!   God has called us all to more.  Ephesians 3:20-21 says, "Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, 21 to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

Has God called you to be a supervisor, a dentist, a secretary?  I feel that the calling that God gives is more amazing than anything man could ever give!  Go and be blessed to share this message of Jesus Christ.

If you'd like to accept Jesus into your life today, pray this simple prayer of God's love and grace today: Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying for all my sin; now Lord I invite you into my heart. Come and be my everything today and forever. Forgive my sin as I make You and you alone Lord in my life. Amen. Now read the book of God's love in the Bible: The book of John chapters 1-21. God promises He will guide your life. Pray and ask God to bring the right people into your life. God will guide you to the right church full of people who love His words in the Bible. Our God is so faithful. God bless you today.
