Asking God For More Than Enough

More than Enough

"No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." Romans 8:37

I have moved from wanting to have more than enough physically and I have now become infatuated with "More than Enough"  but in a way not like I ever had before..

When I am at work, it accrued to me that I wanted to have more than enough joy to give to my co-workers when I am at my job.  I wanted more than enough godly confidence to give it to others.  I wanted more than enough strength so that I can share and give some of my strength and courage to others. I pray for much more than enough daily because I want to give all these things to others.  My advice is this:  God will give us strength to more-than-conquer everything in our lives.  So never ask for just enough; To me that is too selfish.  God wants us to ask generously so that we have more than enough in order to give generously.  To me, asking God is really more of a practice of realizing what I already have more of.. in the first place.  I'm asking from God more, more and more.  The Bible says because of Jesus we can approach the thrown of God boldly and ask for whatever we want.  These days I'm asking God for more than enough of His love because it's the greatest thing I can give to all through Him.

There is more than enough

This is one of the millions of reasons why giving a tenth to charity (i.e. God) is really great.  Giving  a tenth teaches you that you do indeed have more than enough. Let's pray to be people of giving more than enough from the God who is forever More than enough.

If you'd like to accept Jesus into your life today, pray this simple prayer of God's love and grace today: Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying for all my sin; now Lord I invite you into my heart. Come and be my everything today and forever. Forgive my sin as I make You and you alone Lord in my life. Amen. Now read the book of God's love in the Bible: The book of John chapters 1-21. God promises He will guide your life. Pray and ask God to bring the right people into your life. God will guide you to the right church full of people who love His words in the Bible. Our God is so faithful. God bless you today.
