Celebrate Your Wife MORE

After watching Elevation Churches message this past Sunday, I was reminded of an incredible lesson.

Celebrate your wife more!  I am the leader.  I am responsible.  I am responsible for the condition and spirit of my wife in this area.  Amen.  If she is not feeling confident in her role as a wife and mother that is because I am not celebrating her enough.  It's very good that I do not criticize my wife. yay yay, but Are you celebrating who she is and what she has been doing and what she is doing now?  Not with money, but with  your words and your smile, and your taking time literally just to say, "thank you"? As a leader you have to do these things!  You have to learn how to encourage your team, stop just moving and moving and moving without celebrating!  Don't depend on her to do these things.   You are the leader!  You have to celebrate you wife and what she is doing and as been doing!  Celebrate her more than you correct her because if you are doing these things you will not do these things for  your daughter either and she will have low self esteem in the area of achievement if you do not, so pray and then celebrate.  Intentionally celebrate  your wife. Discuss with each other how to celebrate your baby together. Make a united effort to celebrate her so one person can not take the credit more than the other. But you need to make the celebrations big and/or small for your spouse.  Model that for your family!  Celebrate her small achievements.  Lord, I need your help for this one.  The joy of the Lord is our strength.  Help your family find the joy in their strengths in spite of their weaknesses because God has given them strength for today!  Celebrate!

She is a powerful mother

When I look at my daughter, I'm always looking for what's the next cute faces she will make, what's the next move with her leg or with her foot or with her hands and arms and I'm so amazed at everything!  I need to be looking for the next awesome thing my wife makes and does, what's the next awesome thing that my fellow work mates will do, what's the next awesome accomplishments my friends (not my competition, but my friends) will make and celebrate them. Amen! Lord, come in this place in my heart and fix it for your glory. Amen.

If you'd like to accept Jesus into your life today, pray this simple prayer of God's love and grace today: Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying for all my sin; now Lord I invite you into my heart. Come and be my everything today and forever. Forgive my sin as I make You and you alone Lord in my life. Amen. Now read the book of God's love in the Bible: The book of John chapters 1-21. God promises He will guide your life. Pray and ask God to bring the right people into your life. God will guide you to the right church full of people who love His words in the Bible. Our God is so faithful. God bless you today.
