Reflecting the Character of God

"The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands."  Psalm 19:1

You can tell when you've been with God, because we our character will reflect the character of God. Let it serve as a sign to us.  When we are frustrated, complaining, we need to spend time with our Creator.

"And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."  2 Corinthians 3:18

Note that every time we complain or give thanks it affects our bodies and our character for that day and beyond.  I believe that our complaining adds up, but our praise multiples!  For everything we give thanks for or complain about something adds up and our bodies react in compounding ways to what we produce in our lives in giving thanks and praise or giving complains and grumbling.
There is a reward every time we give God glory, every time we honor him, every time we choose to say thank you that far exceeds all things much more instead of complaints.  When we spend time with God our hearts glow and we reflect him in our character, in our patience, in goodness, and in all His ways.  Let's pray and praise Him today!  He is worthy of all praise!   I love you guys.   Let me know how you're doing today.

"For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God's glory displayed in the face of Christ."
2 Corinthians 4:6

God bless you today,

If you'd like to accept Jesus into your life today, pray this simple prayer of God's love and grace today: Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying for all my sin; now Lord I invite you into my heart. Come and be my everything today and forever. Forgive my sin as I make You and you alone Lord in my life. Amen. Now read the book of God's love in the Bible: The book of John chapters 1-21. God promises He will guide your life. Pray and ask God to bring the right people into your life. God will guide you to the right church full of people who love His words in the Bible. Our God is so faithful. God bless you today.
